Office building "Sevensixty" fully let for long term

Aroundtown concludes another letting success with the long-term extension of the lease with a tenant for 1,566 sqm and 33 parking spaces. The success of the extension emphasizes the attractiveness of the location and the highest tenant satisfaction. Aroundtown also welcomes a new tenant in the building, who has signed a lease agreement for 617 sqm in this prime location in Amsterdam. The "Sevensixty" building at Amstelveenseweg 760 remains fully let.

The office building “Sevensixty” has been awarded with the BREEAM In Use sustainability certificate - one of the leading certifications for green buildings.

The office property is situated in Amsterdam’s financial district, Zuidas, directly across the VU University Amsterdam and VU Medical Center, both renowned as top-tier educational and medical institutions in the country. The property's prime location near the A10 highway and the Amsterdam South train station ensures excellent accessibility not only within Amsterdam but also to other parts of the Netherlands and Schiphol airport.

Kantoorgebouw “Sevensixty” langjarig volledig verhuurd

Aroundtown sluit opnieuw een verhuursucces af met de langetermijnverlenging van het huurcontract met een huurder voor 1.566 m² en 33 parkeerplaatsen. Het succes van de verlenging benadrukt de aantrekkelijkheid van de locatie en de hoogste huurderstevredenheid. Aroundtown verwelkomt ook een nieuwe huurder in het gebouw, die een huurovereenkomst heeft getekend voor 617 m² op deze toplocatie in Amsterdam.
