“Newton House” in Utrecht now almost fully let: Aroundtown successfully concludes three long-term leases

The Newton House office building has two new long-term tenants: marketing specialist Heyoo and the law firm KBS Advocaten N.V., adding up to total of close to 2,000 sqm. In addition, the existing tenant, online marketing company IMU B.V., has increased its office space and now rents a total of close to 2,000 sqm in “Newton House”. This means that the office building at Newtonlaan 201-285, with a total area of approximately 26,000 sqm, is now almost fully let.

Top-equipped green building

Built in 2007, the eight-story building offers its tenants underground parking and a wide range of services. The sustainable building is equipped with an extensive photovoltaic system with 372 photovoltaic modules on the roof and offers tenants over 20 electric vehicle charging stations. The "Newton House" has been awarded the BREEAM In Use sustainability certificate - one of the leading certificates for green buildings.

Newton House is located in the Rijnsweerd-Noord office park on Newtonlaan, making it an attractive multi-tenant office location for both large and small companies in a central location in Utrecht. It is directly accessible via the A27 freeway and 15 minutes by public transport from the Utrecht Central Station. In addition, the nearby Bloeyendael Nature Park offers a recreational area.

Aroundtown sluit drie langjarige huurcontracten succesvol af

Het kantoorgebouw Newton House heeft twee nieuwe langjarige huurders: marketingspecialist Heyoo en advocatenkantoor KBS Advocaten N.V., samen goed voor bijna 2.000 m². Daarnaast heeft de bestaande huurder, online marketing bedrijf IMU B.V., haar kantoorruimte uitgebreid en huurt nu in totaal bijna 2.000 m² in "Newton House". Dit betekent dat het kantoorgebouw aan de Newtonlaan 201-285, met een totale oppervlakte van ongeveer 26.000 m², nu bijna volledig is verhuurd.

Top uitgerust groen gebouw

Het acht verdiepingen tellende gebouw uit 2007 biedt zijn huurders een ondergrondse parkeergarage en een breed scala aan diensten. Het duurzame gebouw is uitgerust met een uitgebreid fotovoltaïsch systeem met 372 fotovoltaïsche modules op het dak en biedt huurders meer dan 20 oplaadpunten voor elektrische voertuigen.
