Aroundtown and Lyreco sign long-term lease agreement for “Dali” office building in Amsterdam Zuidoost

Aroundtown has signed a long-term lease with tenant Lyreco B.V. for approximately 1,300 m² and 18 parking spaces. With the addition of Lyreco B.V., the "Dali" office building is now almost fully let.

The Lyreco group is the leader in Europe and the world’s third largest distributor of workplace products and services. Lyreco, which has been a privately owned company since 1926, has continuously adapted to the evolving workplace by constantly focusing on superior quality in customer experience, solid relations with only the best suppliers, and efficient logistics.

The eight-story "Dali" office building offers 5,500 m² of office space and is located in the southeast of Amsterdam. It has BREEAM In Use sustainability certification, underlining its commitment to environmentally friendly practices. The building is located in close proximity to the Amsterdam Johan Cruijf ArenA, the ArenA shopping mall, the Pathé Arena cinema, the Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live and the De Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

The "Dali" office building is easily accessible via the A2 highway and public transport connections to the center of Amsterdam and Amstelveen via the nearby train, metro and bus station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena.

Aroundtown heeft een langjarige huurovereenkomst gesloten met huurder Lyreco B.V. voor ca. 1.300 m2 en 18 parkeerplaatsen. Met de komst van Lyreco B.V. is het kantoorgebouw “Dali” nu nagenoeg volledig verhuurd.
