Aroundtown has signed two long-term lease agreements for Newton House in Utrecht, covering a total of approximately 3,500 m² of office space. Newton House welcomes AVVR Advocaten Notariaat, a renowned Utrecht-based law and notary firm, and a pension fund as new tenants. This letting success is the result of Aroundtown’s active development of the property. Over the past few years, Newton House has been systematically repositioned: significant parts of the building have been renovated, the range of tenant services has been expanded, and investments have been made in energy-efficient technologies to make the property future-proof.

Today, Newton House offers companies a modern, service-oriented and sustainable working environment, a combination that is increasingly decisive when choosing an office location.

Designed by New York-based Rietveld Architects, Newton House is a modern office building located in the Rijnsweerd Noord office park on the eastern side of Utrecht. Situated between Utrecht Science Park and the city centre, the property benefits from a strong research and business environment and excellent accessibility. Public transport provides fast connections to Utrecht Central Station, while direct access to the A27, A28 and A12 motorways ensures convenient access by car.

Aroundtown heeft twee langjarige huurovereenkomsten gesloten voor Newton House in Utrecht, goed voor in totaal circa 3.500 m² kantoorruimte. Als nieuwe huurders verwelkomt Newton House AVVR Advocaten Notariaat, een gerenommeerd kantoor uit Utrecht, en een pensioenfonds. Dit verhuursucces is het resultaat van de actieve ontwikkeling van het pand door Aroundtown. In de afgelopen jaren is Newton House systematisch opnieuw gepositioneerd.
