The Revenue Management short course was a big success

After the first two short courses (in October "Hospitality Industry Managerial Accounting" by Mr.Timo Saranpää in November „Demand Management for Hospitality Leaders“ by Mr. Jere Talonen) their delivery continued with the course “Principles and Practices of Hospitality Revenue Management" on November 17th and December 3rd, delivered by Ms. Nina Niemi (lecturer of Hotel and Event Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and a holder of the Certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) by STR and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute).

The participants found the event held at EBS very informative, well-paced and –structured, providing new ideas and insights and also a useful platform for digging in future deeper into the matters addressed this time.

Assorted feedback from the participants - "I had three goals today and reached all of them.", "I got a lot of new information about the revenue management, in the future I can use all this information in our company. I know I have lots to do, but now it is much easier as before, thank you.", "Thank you Nina! Everybody was active, lots of discussions, You were amazing and as usual - I got to know more tips, tricks and new tools to use in the future."
