The Second Hospitality Insiders Club Estonia was Innovative & Trendy

The second Hospitality Insiders Club Estonia held on November 25th at Restaurant NEH in Tallinn focused on innovation and trends in hospitality industry.

The keynote presentation on how trends influence the tourism and hospitality industry was delivered by the expert Dr Pasi Tuominen (Haaga-Helia UAS).

Dr Tuominen presented his views on how our world is constantly changing and the same applies to the hospitality. Global trends as the ageing of population, sharing economy, sustainable development, economic inequality and technological innovations impact the behavior of tomorrows’ guest we will deal with in our hospitality business.

Restaurant NEH

The case study of Pädaste Manor and Restaurant NEH sharing his personal inspiration was presented by the GM Mr Martin Breuerrestaurateur & hotelier extraordinaire. He is the man behind the topmost hotels and restaurants in Estonia – namely Pädaste Manor, Restaurant Alexander and Restaurant NEH. He started renovating and converting an old manorhouse on the Muhu Island in 1996 and the rest is history – and a rather successful one at that as for example Alexander has been nominated the best restaurant in Estonia for 4 years (2010-2013) in a row.
