Jobbfestivalen in a unique partnership with Tengai to promote diversity & inclusion in recruitment

Jobbfestivalen, which is Sweden's largest job fair with a focus on diversity & inclusion, enters into a partnership with the AI company Tengai to create concrete relationships between companies and job seekers. Before this year's job festival, candidates will have the opportunity to do an interview with the avatar Tengai before, during, and after the festival. Exhibitors get access to already interviewed candidates and the opportunity to understand more about their personality, behaviors and potential, without being colored by prejudices such as age, gender, origin, and appearance. The purpose of the partnership is to connect job seekers and recruiters by reducing unconscious biases at the beginning of the recruitment process.

Stockholm, April 27, 2023 - Jobbfestivalen with the theme of diversity & inclusion in Kungsträdgården is a meeting place for job seekers and companies with continuous recruitment needs. Ahead of this year's fair, Jobbfestivalen enters into a partnership with the AI company Tengai to give exhibitors a unique opportunity to gain access, completely free of charge, to already interviewed candidates who will visit Jobbfestivalen. The partnership gives candidates who will visit the job fair a chance to show more of their skills and receive personal feedback.

The collaboration goes hand in hand with Jobbfestivalen’s ambition, which is to contribute to more diversity & inclusion in the labor market and create more dynamic workplaces. As well as a new job-matching initiative with the goal of creating concrete relationships between companies and people who, for various reasons, have poorer conditions to establish themselves in the labor market.

He continues: "Although we will never be completely free from our prejudices, an increased awareness of them can lead to better inclusion. Unfortunately, exclusion, even if unconscious, can happen even before an application has been submitted.”

The world's first personal AI avatar for objective interviews
