The Norway-UK Seafood Summit, organised by the Norwegian Seafood Council, returned to Fishmonger's Hall, London, on 27 February 2023, following a two-year break due to the pandemic. According to Seafish’ latest data insights, frozen has comfortably sat in the top three super-category growth spots, closely behind ambient and beers/wines/spirits.
