At the beginning of December, AMAC Aerospace completed maintenance on a Boeing B737 from a long term commercial customer. The aircraft underwent a 12-year inspection at AMAC Aerospace’s hangar in Bodrum, Turkey.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, is pleased to have redelivered a Dassault Falcon 2000 to a long term customer. The crew of the privately owned aircraft reported a landing gear lock failure and the aircraft was jacked up for troubleshooting. AMAC Aerospace’s team found that one of the main landing gear door actuators was inoperative.

In late October, a customer contacted JCB Aero for AOG support for their Airbus A320. JCB Aero accepted the request and welcomed the aircraft to their hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft had a tight flight schedule but JCB Aero succeeded to complete the maintenance input in only one day.
A Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s Istanbul hangar after the crew reported a digital data failure with the engine. AMAC Aerospace’s team performed troubleshooting and correctly tightened the connectors. Afterwards, the system continued to function properly.
At the end of October, AMAC Aerospace completed maintenance on an Airbus A320 and Airbus A319 aircraft at the hangars in Basel, Switzerland. The Airbus A320 belongs to one of AMAC Aerospace’s long term customers and came in for a 6-month inspection. The Airbus A319 belongs to another long term customer and came in for an A1 and 3A check.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have successfully completed a 12-year inspection and redelivery of an Airbus A320-200 at the hangars in Bodrum, Turkey. This aircraft is the sixth successfully completed redelivery under this ongoing project.
JCB Aero is pleased to have completed maintenance on an Airbus A320 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft came for an A check. During the inspection, corrosion was found and rectified by JCB Aero’s team. The cabin interior was cleaned and the paint and leather were touched up.

Following initial certification in 2019 and a successful renewal in 2022, AMAC Aerospace is pleased to announce that the Basel facility has once again been awarded the ISO 45001 certification without any findings.

AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, has completed heavy base maintenance on a Dassault Falcon 7X of a new European customer. The aircraft underwent a 12-month and 800-flight-hour inspection, as well as a 1B-2B letter check and several out-of-phase tasks.
A customer from South Asia brought their Gulfstream IV to AMAC Aerospace in Basel, Switzerland, for maintenance. The aircraft underwent 1C, 6C and 2,000-flight cycle checks. During the inspections, AMAC Aerospace’s team found heavy corrosion on the stabilizers.
In mid-October, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed 3x Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft from a long term customer.
A Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy belonging to a long term customer arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s hangar in Istanbul, Turkey, for a 150-250-hour engine inspection. The engine generator brushes were also inspected and the three generator brushes were replaced because they were approaching the worn-out limit.
At the end of September, JCB Aero completed maintenance of an Airbus A319 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent a 6- and 12-month inspection, as well as cabin refurbishment. The carpet was replaced and a divan was refurbished in collaboration with AMAC Aerospace Basel, Switzerland.
