Jonny Smith Wins Young National Chef of the Year 2024 Jonny Smith, Sous Chef at Gravetye Manor, has been awarded Young National Chef of the Year 2024 by the Craft Guild of Chefs. His winning menu featured goats' cheese agnolotti, Norwegian halibut, and a choux bun dessert. Jonny is now looking forward to an educational trip to Norway, sponsored by Seafood from Norway.
