    Visitor registration for Nordbygg is finally open

    We can finally start counting down to a new instalment of Nordbygg 2022 this Spring. You can already secure your ticket to the fair, since visitor registration opened up a few days ago. Inspiration, new products, interesting seminars and rewarding meetings are just some of the things that Nordbygg will offer on April 26-29.

    Trend spotting ahead of Nordbygg 2022

    Soltech Energy want more people to wake up to energy and photovoltaic solutions and will therefore be exhibiting again at Nordbygg 2022. Tor Borg takes part in the latest Nordbygg Talks: together with Karin Kjellson, architect and part-owner of Theory in Practice, where they among other things discuss trends in Swedish construction.

    Despite the pandemic, the planning of the Nordics’s largest industry fair for the construction sector, Nordbygg, is well under way. The interest from exhibitors is great and everyone is looking forward to once again being able to meet, talk about products, solutions, news and business.

    Nordbygg rescheduled for spring 2021

    Nordbygg has been moved to April 20-23, 2021. The decision has been taken in close consultation with Nordbygg’s partners in the construction and real estate industry.
    Nordbygg, which was originally meant to take place last week, was initially shifted to the fall of this year, but has now been rescheduled for next year. The new date is April 20-23, 2021.

    Stockholmsmässan is switching fuel and reducing its climate footprint

    Stockholmsmässan is the first Swedish exhibition center to convert its entire fleet of vehicles to run on 100% renewable fuel. Using Triboron technology and filling the tank with vegetable oil will cut fuel consumption by 5%. This in turn will make Stockholmsmässan’s CO2 emissions 45 tonnes lower per year, thus meeting one of the exhibition center's sustainability targets for 2020.

    Formex Nova award – nominees appointed

    Formex has established the Formex Nova award – Nordic Designer of the Year, to promote high quality Nordic design created by a still relatively unknown designer working in the Nordic interior design industry. A jury appoints the nominees for the award. The winner will be presented August 18.

    This year’s Design Talents at Formex

    Design Talents is Formex’s department for showcasing new talent, where independent designers and design groups can both sell their products and display them for buyers, partners, producers and the press/media. This year’s exhibitors include several designers with innovative ceramics, fabric patterns that highlight women's history, and a building set for children.

The exhibition will be a collaboration between several artists, each of whom will present their own interpretation.
