Sunday marked the grand opening of World of Volvo, Gothenburg's new experience centre. The premiere day was filled with innovation, inspiration, and entertainment for the whole family, combined into a true festival atmosphere – with a total of 3,279 visitors.

This Wednesday the keys were handed over to World of Volvo – the new experience center in Gothenburg. The 22 000 m² premises is located in Gothenburg's newest event district and will accommodate everything from exhibitions to food, conferences and music events.

World of Volvo, a highly anticipated experience hub located in the heart of Gothenburg, is set to open its doors to the public in just one year. The opening festivities will span several days and conclude on April 14th, which marks Volvo's birthday.

A new landmark with space for exhibitions, concerts and dining experiences is taking shape in central Gothenburg. The five-story, 22,000-square-metre World of Volvo is scheduled to be completed in two years. In addition to being the heart for all Volvo companies, the Experience Centre will be a meeting place for everyone who lives in or visits Gothenburg.
