At the end of September, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, redelivered a privately owned Boeing B737-700IGW after completed a 12-year inspection. For the check, the entire cabin had to be removed and reinstalled. The scope of work also included a full dry area inspection and necessary structural repairs.
One of AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s loyal customers brought their Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft to Istanbul for base maintenance. The aircraft underwent a 24-month and 3B inspection.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have redelivered 2x Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft after out-of-phase maintenance at the hangar in Istanbul at the beginning of September.
In mid-August, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed a Dassault Falcon 6X and 7X aircraft for database updates and line maintenance.
In August, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed a Dassault Falcon 8X from a long term customer of the AMAC Aerospace Group of Companies. AMAC Aerospace already support this customer with base maintenance in Basel, Bodrum and Auch and now also with Dassault Falcon aircraft in Istanbul.

AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have redelivered a Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy after maintenance at the Istanbul hangar. The aircraft was brought in because the rudder trim command was not working properly.
In mid-August, two maintenance inputs were performed on a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy. The aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s hangar in Istanbul, where cleaning of the electropneumatic and pneumatic valves were undertaken, as well as overpressure tightness checks were performed.
During the summer time, AMAC Aerospace Turkey continued to support customers whose aircraft were grounded at holiday destinations. In mid-August, a long term customer contacted AMAC Aerospace Turkey from Dalaman, Turkey, because their Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy aircraft displayed a CAS message for the DEEC (Digital Electronic Engine Control).
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, completed 200-400 flight hour routine inspections of the engines of a Dassault Falcon F2000. In parallel, routine 2-month inspections and APU filter replacement were performed.
A long term customer brought their Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy aircraft to AMAC Aerospace in Istanbul, Turkey. The team performed a borescope inspection of the engines and found that one of the engines had experienced material loss beyond acceptable limits.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, who uses a mixed business model for their hangar facility and carries out commercial aviation line and base maintenance during the winter months and flip over to VIP business maintenance during the summer months, is pleased to announce that they have successfully completed a 12-year inspection of a Boeing B737 BBJ.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, was entrusted with a redelivery project involving seven Airbus A320 aircraft. They are pleased to announce that the fifth aircraft has now been completed, with the final two in the last stages of maintenance.

At the end of July, AMAC Aerospace opened its hangar doors in Istanbul, Turkey, to a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy. The aircraft was experiencing high pressure valve failure in its engine, prompting the operator to ground the aircraft for defect rectification.
In mid-July, AMAC Aerospace Turkey redelivered two Dassault Falcon F7X aircraft after maintenance at the hangar in Istanbul.
A new customer arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul for maintenance on their Dassault Falcon F7X aircraft. The aircraft remained on the ramp while AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s team performed a decontamination of the fuel systems. A routine database update was also conducted before releasing the aircraft.
In mid-July, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy to the hangar in Istanbul. The aircraft was scheduled for minor defect rectification tasks. However, due to its high flight hours, the aircraft’s B inspection had to be performed earlier than expected and was added to the list.
